【HIGH DENSITY COTTON GABARDINE】

1940's・US ARMYの山岳用フィールドジャケットで使用されていた生地を自社で分析し、オリジナルテキスタイルとして制作した、CORONAのロングラン定番素材です。80番手双糸の超高密度ギャバジンで、ヌメっとした肌触りと光沢感が特徴です。

A long-running staple fabric from CORONA, this original textile was developed in-house by analyzing the material used in 1940s U.S Army Mountain field jackets. Made from ultra high-density gabardine using 80-count double yarn, it features a smooth, slightly waxy hand feel and a subtle sheen.

Crafted from carefully selected, high-quality fibers, this coat fabric is yarn-dyed and woven at a high density for exceptional durability and character. Every stage of production—from the choice of raw materials and dyeing to the weaving process—has been executed with meticulous attention to detail. The fabric is woven on authentic Picanol looms from Belgium, the birthplace of fine weaving technology, and is finished with a water-repellent treatment for added functionality.

【CHORUS SOLOTEX TROPICAL】

上質なラミーを使用した機能ポリエステルとのハイブリッド糸、"CHORUS/コーラス"。機能ポリエステルには"SOLOTEX"と呼ばれる高機能素材を使用し、麻特有の涼しさと肌触りに加え、ウォッシャブルで洗い後の縮率が安定している国産機能素材です。

"CHORUS" a hybrid yarn combining high-quality ramie with functional polyester. The polyester component uses a high-performance Japanese material called "SOLOTEX" which offers the coolness and natural feel of ramie, is machine-washable, and maintains stable shrinkage after washing.

【WATER REPELLENT COTTON-SILK GABARDINE】

タテ糸に綿、ヨコ糸にシルクと綿を交織した先染高密度、ラグジュアリーギャバジン。タテ糸ヨコ糸の綿は耐光堅牢度に優れたスレン染料（淡色～中間色）と硫化染料（濃色）にて糸染めを行っています。ヨコ糸にはシルク（絹紡糸）を使用。多くのメゾンブランドから信頼を寄せられる京都・松村株式会社のシルクを交織することで、光沢感としなやかさ、そして高級感が特徴の生地です。

A luxurious, yarn-dyed high-density gabardine woven with cotton warp yarns and a blend of silk and cotton weft yarns. The cotton yarns used in both the warp and weft are yarn-dyed with vat dyes for light to medium shades and sulfur dyes for darker shades, ensuring excellent colorfastness to light. The weft incorporates spun silk yarn supplied by Matsumura Silk of Kyoto, a highly respected manufacturer whose fabrics are favored by many leading luxury fashion houses. The addition of silk imparts a refined luster, exceptional drape, and a sophisticated hand, resulting in a fabric of outstanding elegance and premium quality.

【WATER REPELLENT CHAMBRAY GABARDINE】

70番手双糸先染め織の高密度ギャバジンに防水加工を施した生地。英国・有名ブランドが日本国内でコート生地を生産していた際に使用していた工場・スタイルテックス株式会社に製造委託した生地。コットンを高密度にムラなく製織できる高い技術力を持った工場で織られたもので、超長綿を使用したとても高級感のある生地です。
この生地は撥水効果の高い生地です。糸そのものに撥水加工を施す糸撥水ではなく、生地になった後から撥水加工を施しています。撥水レベルは、初期（未洗濯時）は4級、ドライクリーニング後は3級となります。

This waterproofed, high-density gabardine fabric is woven with 70-count twin yarn in a yarn-dyed weave. Manufactured on consignment by Styletex—a factory trusted by a renowned British brand for its coat fabrics in Japan—this fabric is produced using advanced weaving technology that ensures exceptionally dense and uniform cotton construction. Made from extra-long staple cotton, it is an incredibly luxurious material.
The fabric has a high level of water repellency. Rather than being treated at the yarn stage, it undergoes a water-repellent finish after production. Its initial water repellency is rated at grade 4, and it maintains grade 3 even after dry cleaning.

【CLASSIC CAVALRY TWILL】

30番手2双の糸を高密度に織り上げたキャバルリーツイル（トリコチンとも呼ばれる軍物由来の綾織生地）。1970年代のヴィンテージワークパンツに見られる風合いをベースに再構築した素材です。経糸にはトップグレーとブラックの糸を追撚し、シャリ感のある張りと立体的な表情を生み出しています。さらにワッシャー加工を施すことで、当時特有の膨らみと柔らかな風合いを再現しています。

A high-density woven cavalry twill (also known as tricotine, a fabric with roots in military uniforms), made from 30/2 count yarn. This fabric reimagines the texture found in 1970s vintage work pants. The warp yarns are doubled with top-grey and black threads, creating a crisp, structured drape with three-dimensional depth. A washer finish further recreates the characteristic fullness and soft hand-feel of that era.

【CORONA・BYRD CLOTH】

1940年代・米軍「Experimental Tropical Uniform（実験的熱帯軍服）」で試験的に使われていた「バードクロス」。当時イギリスの「グレンフェルクロス」を意識した素材だったと言われています。
この生地は、当時の「バードクロス」をサンプリングしたもので、2双のコーマ糸を高密度に織ったCORONAオリジナルの定番テキスタイルです。コーマ糸は繊維長が長く、毛羽が吹きにくくスムースな肌触りが特徴で、ハリ感が強く丈夫で、濡れても乾きやすい天然素材です。

In the 1940s, "Byrd Cloth" was trialed for the US Military's "Experimental Tropical Uniform," reportedly developed with Britain’s "Grenfell Cloth" in mind. This fabric faithfully samples that historical "Byrd Cloth" into a CORONA signature staple, woven to high density using two-ply combed yarn. Known for its long staple length and minimal fuzz, combed yarn offers a remarkably smooth feel. The resulting natural fabric is exceptionally tough, holds its shape with a crisp drape, and dries quickly when wet.

Recreated in a lightweight yet durable ripstop fabric, it offers the perfect balance of military authenticity and breathable comfort for the spring and summer seasons.

【MILITARY SZ H.B.T・USMC CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN】

8.5ozのH.B.Tにダックハンター柄がプリントされた生地。このカモフラージュ柄は、アメリカ軍が本格的に運用した最初期の迷彩パターンの一つです。熱帯雨林やジャングル向けの『グリーンサイド/JUNGLE SIDE』と、砂浜や乾燥地帯向けの『ブラウンサイド/BEACH SIDE』のリバーシブル仕様。戦後、大量に放出された生地やユニフォームがハンティングウエアとして流通、特に水鳥猟のハンターが愛用したため、"Duck Hunter Camouflage"という俗称が定着しました。

An 8.5 oz. herringbone twill fabric printed with the iconic Duck Hunter camouflage pattern. This camouflage pattern is recognized as one of the earliest military camouflage designs to be adopted and used extensively by the U.S. military. It features a reversible construction, with a green-dominant "Jungle Side" intended for tropical forests and jungle environments, and a brown-dominant "Beach Side" designed for sandy and arid terrain. After World War II, large quantities of surplus fabric and uniforms made from this camouflage pattern entered the civilian market and became popular as hunting apparel. Its widespread use among waterfowl hunters eventually led to the nickname "Duck Hunter Camouflage," a name that remains synonymous with the pattern today.

【MILITARY SZ H.B.T】

1940年代のUSMC（US MARINE CORPS）のユーティリティユニフォームで使用されていたヘリンボーンツイルをレプリカしたもの。SZ織（SZ weaving）が特徴の耐久性のあるワークウエア用テキスタイルです。SZ織とは、異なる撚り方向の糸を組み合わせることで、耐久性が上がりねじれやシワになりにくい生地になります。

This fabric replicates the herringbone twill used in US Marine Corps utility uniforms from the 1940s. It’s a robust workwear textile known for its SZ weave. SZ weaving combines twists in different directions, enhancing durability and reducing the fabric’s tendency to twist and wrinkle.

2006年のブランド・ファーストシーズンから使い続けている定番の5ozシャンブレーの生地。薄手ですが洗い後もしっかりとしたハリコシが残ります。

Our signature 5 oz chambray, a core fabric we've used continuously since the brand's debut season in 2006. Though lightweight, it retains a crisp hand and firm structure even after washing, developing character with continued wear.

【60/40 GROSGRAIN CLOTH】

オールドアウトドア素材「64クロス」。綿60％×ナイロン40％のグログランは、1960年代後半から1970年代にかけてアウトドアウエアを代表する素材として広く使われた生地で、GORE-TEX以前の「機能素材」として画期的でした。綿とナイロンそれぞれの特性を活かし、天然素材の風合いと実用性を高いレベルで両立させた、1970年代アウトドアウエアを象徴するクラシックファブリック。

The classic outdoor fabric known as 60/40 cloth. Made from a 60% cotton / 40% nylon grosgrain weave, this fabric became a defining material of outdoor apparel from the late 1960s through the 1970s. Before the advent of GORE-TEX, it was considered one of the most innovative performance fabrics of its time. By combining the natural feel of cotton with the durability and weather resistance of nylon, 60/40 cloth achieved an exceptional balance of comfort, function, and timeless character—making it a true icon of 1970s outdoor wear.

【8oz INDIGO DENIM】

ビンテージワークウエアで使われていた、独特の青みの強いインディゴ（硫化混）を再現した生地。少し綿カスのある粗野な糸をグレーに染めて使用することで独特な風合いを再現しています。

This fabric recreates the distinctive bluish indigo (sulfide blend) found in vintage workwear. Its unique texture is achieved by using slightly irregular, coarse threads dyed in gray.

【14oz SELVEDGE INDIGO DENIM】

14ozインディゴ・セルビッチデニムは、デニムの産地である岡山県で織られているものです。このデニムは米綿主体の混綿を使用し、ナチュラルなムラ形状の糸を引いています。製織時に、経糸のテンションを緩めて織り上げることで生地表面に凸凹が生まれ、穿き込んでいった後の経年変化でビンテージデニム特有の点落ちが生まれます。旧力織機を使い弱テンションでゆっくりと織り上げることで、50年代当時の雰囲気を再現しています。打ち込み過ぎず弱テンションで織られているため、穿き込んでいくと生地が柔らかくなり綺麗に縦落ちが出てきます。

This denim is 14oz indigo selvedge denim and is woven in the Kojima area of Okayama Prefecture, one of the world's leading denim production centers. The denim is made from a blend of mainly American cotton to create a natural unevenly shaped yarn. By loosening the tension of the warp threads during weaving, the surface of the fabric becomes uneven, and the color fading characteristic of vintage denim is created as the fabric wears through the years. By using an old power loom and weaving slowly with a low tension, we can reproduce the atmosphere of the 50s. As the fabric is woven at a low tension without too much hammering, it becomes softer as it is worn, and the color fades beautifully in vertical lines.

アメリカ綿100％にこだわり、弱強撚をすることでアメリカ綿の持つドライな糸質にブーストをかけ、よりビンテージ感のあるデニムにしています。仕上げで毛羽を焼かないことにより、生機のような毛羽感が現れます。

We are committed to using 100% American cotton. By applying a slight strong twist to the yarn, we enhance the naturally dry texture of American cotton, resulting in denim with an even more vintage feel. Additionally, by skipping the singeing process in the finishing stage, we retain the fuzzy surface, giving the fabric a raw, unprocessed look.
